I add it to my custom shell call it using bbs.exec('?msglist mail');

I use DEL to delete mails, i see that it are marked "Del Rd" then quit
but if enter again the mails still show (not deleted)

maybe forgot i something?

yes, they should be the same... they are still Re(ad) [past tense] and marked for Del(etion)... why would you think they would be different?
