When I try smartphone (Android) I also get what you report. But I also cannot reach even fidonet.org.

When I try another machine under Windows10, same shit. No connect.

When I try Safari on my wife's tablet it works.

Hmmm ... interesting ...

I suppose that it's operational only on some resolvers and it's still not propagated worldwide.

If it's not static you can get it with running IPCONFIG /ALL on a cmd shell.

it is probably that the zone update hasn't had time to traverse the internet DNS paths yet... or something like that... i get varying TTL results with
